Every eight years, the fantastic Witchlight Fair comes to our world and delights one settlement after another. The owners, Mr. Witch and Mr. Light, know how to put on thrilling performances. But there is more to this magical spectacle than meets the eye!
The fair is a gateway to a fantastic Feywild domain that is unlike anything the material plane has to offer. But time has not been kind to this realm, and dark days lie ahead unless someone thwarts the evil plans of the Hourglass Circle.
The Wilderness Beyond the Witchlight takes the adventurers from the Witchlight Faire to Prismeer, a domain of the Feywild's delight. Suitable for characters of levels 1 to 8, this book includes a poster map showing the Faire on one side and Prismeer on the other.
- Explore the Plane of Faerie in the first official D&D adventure to take place primarily in the Feywild.
- The adventure begins in a campaign world of the gamemaster's choosing. The Witchlight Faire, through which the characters enter the Feywild, can easily be embedded in any campaign world.
- Two new character backgrounds: Feylost (for characters originating from the Feywild) and Witchlight Helpers (for characters working at the Witchlight Faire).
- Two new races: Fairies and Harengon, a race of humanoid hares.
