Payment and shipping

Germany: The shipping costs are € 3.99. From an order value of € 50.00, we deliver free of charge to Germany.

Europe: The shipping costs are € 6.99. From an order value of € 150.00, we deliver free of charge to European countries.

Rest of the world: The shipping costs are € 9.99.

 

The shipping takes place from our warehouse in Germany via DHL as a mail or package. Shipping at packing stations and post office is not a problem. Please make sure that you specify your address correctly - we reserve the number of additional costs by means of an incorrect address.

Delivery times

Insofar as no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered within 1 - 3 days (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for EU foreign deliveries within 2 - 5 days after the contract is concluded (if your payment was made) and and and and International shipping can take up to 20 days.

Please note that on Sundays and public holidays there is no delivery on the part of the DHL.
Once you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a common shipment if we have not made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined according to the article with the longest delivery time you ordered.
