Via our contact form on the page
We try to answer all inquiries within 72 hours, but you often get a message within a few hours.
In order to relieve our customer service, we ask you to only send your message to us via a channel. Otherwise there may be delays.
Ideally, please design your message in such a way that we will have no inquiries: (Send us your order number, explain your request with all information and send if necessary, a photo of the article concerned). This helps us and you for faster processing.
We ask for your understanding that we are unfortunately difficult to reach by phone and therefore do not offer a telephone hotline.
As soon as you have placed your order, we can no longer change it afterwards. You are welcome to contact us and we cancel the order and reimburse your payment so that you can easily make a new order.
With the large number of different articles, it is unfortunately not always possible for us to have all in stock. Your article is sold out? No problem, you can find a button on the article page of the respective product so that you are automatically informed by email. "Notify me if you are in stock" just put your email address there
Do you have a discount code? Critical! You can enter discount codes as soon as you get to the order completion (via the shopping cart). Discount codes cannot be combined with each other and, due to the book price binding, do not apply to books.

If you have chosen prepayment/transfer for payment/transfer, you will find our bank details on the confirmation page as soon as you have made your order. You can call this page again with the link "Take a look at order" in the order confirmation e-mail that you get from us automatically.
If we have not specified anything else on the article page, we will send the orders on Monday to Friday within 48 hours. Normally, however, on the next working day. After shipping, you will receive an email with the shipment number so that you can track the delivery at any time.
We have our seat in the east of Bavaria and send your order from Germany :)
We send all orders via DHL and therefore a delivery to a DHL Packstation or DHL post office is possible without any problems. Please do not forget your DHL post number. This is mandatory.

You can easily track the package at DHL via the tracking that you have received with our shipping confirmation. If the DHL shipping status of your shipment has not changed for more than 5 days, please contact us.
If you are not able to find the delivery, the package will often be redirected to a branch or packing station. Please check the shipment status from the shipping confirmation. There you will see the branch where you can pick up the shipment within 7 days.
However, should the status show something such as B. "Unfortunately, delivery of the show was not possible. The program goes back to the sender." Unfortunately, your package comes back to us. This happens if the shipment could not be picked up from the branch/packing station within the pick -up period or nobody was found by the name when delivered to your address you specified. Is your name on the mailbox on the doorbell? Is your house number clearly visible? You may have made a mistake at the address (you will see your address again in our order confirmation).
As soon as the shipment arrives again with us, you will receive an email from us with the exact information how you can tell us a corrected address. Unfortunately, we will incur high costs from the return and the renewed shipping, we then ask you to pay the shipping costs again in this email.
If your order has not yet been sent, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can change the address before shipping. As soon as your order has been sent, we can no longer change the address.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer an express delivery yet. Normally we send your order on the next working day and the control period of the DHL is 24 to 72 hours.
If there are delays here due to a high order volume (e.g. shortly before Christmas).
We send from our warehouse in Germany all over the world.
Payment and shipping
Germany: The shipping costs are € 3.99. From an order value of € 50.00, we deliver free of charge to Germany. The delivery usually takes place within 1 to 3 working days.
Europe (including Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, ...): The shipping costs are € 6.99. From an order value of € 150.00, we deliver free of charge to European countries. The delivery usually takes place within 2 to 5 working days.
Rest of the world: The shipping costs are € 9.99. The delivery usually takes place within 5 to 14 working days.
Important: For shipments outside the EU, import and customs fees can be due!
Thanks to our 30-day right of return, you can send items back from your order at any time.
In order to consider this as fair as possible to all customers, we decided that we cannot cover the shipping costs for a normal return.

Please add a small note or the original invoice with your order number and note whether you would like an exchange or reimbursement. We will then process the return as quickly as possible (normally within 5 working days) and refund the price of the respective items on the payment method used when ordering.
Through our internal shipping processes, we try to avoid such errors as far as possible, but unfortunately we cannot completely rule it out. Please search your package again properly and also check whether the box or the shipping bag of the shipment may have been opened. If this is the case, please send us pictures of it.
Please contact us and send us a photo of the package content you received. We will then check this and of course send you the missing article as quickly as possible. If you would like to order further items, please let us know that we take over the shipping costs in that case :)

Our quality control usually works very meticulously, should one of your articles still have your defect/damage please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage. We then exchange the article as soon as possible.

In the case of glass and gemstone cubes, a fall from the table may end fatally. We can normally offer or reproduce replacement for individual cubes. Please send us a message with your order number, the article number and the corresponding cube.
The first insertion of the cubes in the case can sometimes be a little challenging. Here We have an example with our Labradorite dice and the Hexagon case.
Unfortunately, we can only offer additional individual cubes for selected sets. You can find this here.
In individual cases, we can also check with a greatest amount (e.g. 10x D6) whether we can attach them to the next production hinge. In this case, please contact us with the article number of the desired set and the number of the respective cubes.
Would you like cubes with your own design for a convention, event or simply as a giveaway? We can too. However, only from approx. 500 pieces. We can then almost completely customize the cubes with our own logo / design / colors.

We are currently working on revising the shop and also to prepare and offer a suitable case option for all cubes. However, that still takes some time.
Unfortunately, etuis are not optional for jewelry stone and glass cubes, otherwise there is a risk of damaging the cubes for improper storage.

Every cube model, whether with or without inlays, can have minimal deviations in balancing. This is in the nature of the material properties and manufacturing processes. But don't worry - in a cozy game evening with friends, these minimal differences will not play a role and will not affect the fun.
The rule of thumb is: the more the materials are, the more weight can be assumed. We have summarized this for you:
Materials with very high balance
Glass cubes: Their consistently similar material nature makes glass cubes mastered the balance.Woodenzet: Thanks to the unique density and structure of the wood, you can also assume a very good balance.Jewelry cubes: Are characterized by their high density and thus promise balance similar to glass cubes.Voll metal cubes without fine decorations: Despite their weight, the uniform distribution of the metal gives these dice an excellent balance. Please note, however, that severe decorations can cause minimal differences here. But the following also applies here: You shouldn't matter for playing among friends.
The challenge for plastic and Sharpie cubes
Plastic cubes: In order to optimize the balance, we often rely on inlays made of materials of similar density.Sharpie cubes: The individual design can be more challenging to achieve a perfect balance. We therefore minimize the use of inlays to keep the balance as well as possible. If inlays are used, the material density of which differ significantly from the rest of the cube, they are centered as precisely as possible, so that there is still a good balance.
Summarized:Slight deviations in balancing are possible with all cubes. However, they usually don't play a role for a relaxed game among friends. We have at sets such as B. the Rooted Dragon Due to their type of construction, the very strong imbalance have noticed a deviation from only .14. So instead of the mean for a D6 result (3.5), it was included after 1000 throws (3.64).
An absolute balancing can only be found in casino cubes.
