This small treasure chest seems to have sprung from a fantasy novel. Extremely ornate carvings and a locking mechanism that puzzles: Treasures or secrets can be hidden in the little box. However, this model from Ugears also delights with its steampunk style, because the creation combines modern and ancient elements. When opening and closing the chest, gears interlock in a clever way. Only insiders know about the mechanism.
In the elaborately designed treasure chest jewelry or small, cherished souvenirs find place. Like all our models, it is available as a kit. The opening of the chest is as follows: After turning the lid clockwise, a key can be removed there with a short turn to the right. On the front side there are openings in a circular arrangement. By inserting the key there and turning it to the right again, you open the lid and access the contents. Our building instructions also clearly illustrate how to open the box. The filigree chest is mysterious and at the same time extremely decorative.
