D&D Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage - EN

In the town of Waterdeep is a tavern called the "Gaping Portal", named after the gaping hole in its common room. At the bottom of this dilapidated shaft lies a labyrinthine dungeon that only the bravest adventurers will enter. This dungeon is known as Undermountain and is the realm of the mad wizard Halaster Blackcloak. The mad magician has long dwelt in these forsaken depths, furnishing his sanctuary with monsters, traps and mysteries - to what end is a constant source of speculation and worry.

This adventure picks up directly where Waterdeep: Dragon Heist ends, taking characters from level 5 to level 20 should they explore the entirety of Halaster's Refuge. 23 levels of Undermountain are detailed here, along with the underground sanctuary of Skullport. Treasures and secrets abound, but be careful!
