Cthulhu: Isolani in Kamborn - Softcover
Being alone does not necessarily mean being unobserved.
The adventure volume Isolani in Kamborn for the Cthulhu role-playing game contains two scenarios set in 1925 in and around the town of Kamborn. Both adventures confront the investigators with the horrors of isolation, once as desperate helpers of a young couple and once themselves, cut off from the outside world in an eerie bog.
A disturbing evening at the theater, an apparent murder on the open stage, mysterious Morse signals, and a threat that leaves behind every fixed form: the investigators must act quickly if they want to prevent solitude from ending fatally for themselves or others.
Included Scenarios
Murder Theater
An ordinary theater visit develops into a shocking experience when a murder on stage appears frighteningly real. As the boundaries between staging and reality blur, a young couple in love falls into great danger.
Completely left to their own devices, the two are dependent on the investigators' help. But can they find out in time what is really behind the events?
Short-Short-Long
In the bog north of Kamborn, the investigators themselves are cut off from any support. A meteorite, mysterious Morse signals, and a fluid threat ensure that their investigations quickly turn into a desperate struggle for survival.
Only if they interpret the clues correctly is there any hope of escaping the bog alive.
